The Sydney International Boat Show
over the past five days has been one of the most successful ever for
Australia’s leading luxury motoryacht manufacturer Maritimo.

Product premiere’s, media announcements,
exhibit accolades, and sales success have heralded the 52nd BIA Sydney International Boat show as the best in recent memory.

The show has seen tremendous response to the world premiere of the Maritimo X60 – tender garage and the Sydney premiere of the Maritimo X50, according to Maritimo’s lead designer, Tom Barry-Cotter.

“The exciting announcement of new custom division ‘Maritimo One’ is already seeing enquiry pouring in, with keen sport fishing boating users, and owner’s looking to customise arrangements to their specific needs, ” said Barry-Cotter.

“To cap the week off, Maritimo was humbled to accept the BIA awards for ‘2019 Best Marina Display’ and ‘2019 Best Overall Display’. This is a credit to the dedicated team of staff and wonderful owners that were a part of such an incredible exhibit.”

CEO Garth Corbitt said the entire Maritimo team involved in the lead-up, set-up, co-ordination and manning of the Maritimo display over the past five days were to be congratulated and deserved a big vote of thanks.

“The results have been simply incredible, and we are so proud of our entire team, and so thankful to our wonderful owners” he said.

Boat Industry Association Ltd  marketing, events and communications manager   Dom Genua said the show judges had a very strict criteria when selecting the awards winners at the show.

“Basically they look at the overall presentation of the various stands, the presentation of the staff on those stands, the easy of communication between those staff and the visitors to the show and the accessibility for visitors,” he said.

“Maritimo was deemed to have the best on marina display and then also the best overall display for the entire show which took in the marina and the pavilion displays. They were picked as the stand-out performer of all exhibitors.”

Maritimo will be exhibiting in a host of locations in the coming months. To step aboard our vessels or make an appointment please visit www.maritimo.com.au/events
