Legacy Marine will showcase three models at the Auckland Boat Show for the first time. The flagship L70 Paragon will be on display along with the L45 sedan cruiser Location and L35 sport fisher Awatea.
Legacy Marine was established by the Shaw family, owners of successful trailerboat builder Extreme Boats in Whakatane. A desire to build boats that could travel further for longer ultimately led to the birth of Legacy Marine and new range of luxury motor yachts.
The flagship L70 is an enclosed flybridge motor yacht finished to a superyacht standard, offering an owners cabin with ensuite, VIP cabin with ensuite, guest cabin, bunk cabin, and a shared bathroom/ day head. Fully air conditioned with a freshwater maker, salt ice maker, gyro stabiliser and 9000 litres of fuel below deck, this is a motor yacht that will provide endless opportunities.
The L45 blends entertainer and explorer. The open-plan saloon and large electric drop-down window opens to the outside lounge and cockpit table – perfect for relaxing and connecting with everyone on board. Accommodation consists of two spacious full-beam cabins, the owners’ with ensuite, and a shared bathroom/ day head for guests. There’s also a cleverly concealed, but easy to access, tender garage
The L35 is a sport fishing motor yacht finished to the same high standards of its larger brethren. With the option of four bunks in the forward cabin, or a large double, there’s accommodation options to suit different owns. The second double berth is situated under the saloon and there’s a spacious shared bathroom including vanity, shower and head.
All three boats can be experienced on the water at the Auckland Boat Show, 23-26 March.
