Today, Day 3 of the Semi-Finals – contains races 5 and 6 of the Challenger semi-final series. It is a major day in the overall LVC because, as we are progressing at the moment, both American Magic and Alinghi, the underdogs in their groups, will most likely lose a race today, and will each be eliminated from the regatta.
The Best Of 5 series will, in most probability, hit the mark of 5 wins for INEOS Britannia and Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli – setting up the final’s who will race off for the right to challenger New Zealand for the America’s Cup.
