GMS General Marine Services is a specialist marine engineering and plumbing company in the heart of Auckland’s Westhaven marine precinct. The combined capabilities of two divisions, GMS Service and GMS Store, provide seamless assistance across all aspects of maintaining and supplying a vessel within the South Pacific and globally.

GMS Store

A technical shop, specialising in engineering and fluid-handling equipment, components, spare-parts and consumables. With our extensive knowledge and supplier connections, developed over 25 years of serving local and international vessels (and our service department), we can identify and source most items. With our service team we offer a significant depth of technical knowledge on all our products and industry-related systems.

GMS Service

We offer comprehensive servicing, refit and fabrication skills developed over many years in the marine industry, across a range of vessel types. All delivered with respect for on-board etiquette, and in line with your voyage programme. Our location, within walking distance of berths and haul-out facilities – along with the supply connection provided by GMS Store – makes life easier for owners and crew, and provides project flexibility and work efficiencies.
