Owners of Raymarine Axiom Multi-Function Displays can now access popular PredictWind highresolution forecasts using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.

PredictWind access, which is available through Bermuda 3.10, the latest update to Raymarine’s LightHouse operating system, comes in a mobile-friendly format complete with simple pinch-zoom and scrolling.

Founded by renowned sailor and America’s Cup weatherman Jon Bilger and developed in New Zealand, PredictWind offers a range of forecasting information including live wind observations from around the world, forecast alerts sent directly to subscribers’ devices and weather routing and departure planning tools.

The Axiom-enabled PredictWind app gives users access to either a comprehensive entry-level free service or a range of more sophisticated services, including sea surface temperature charts, available through a monthly subscription.
